I have my own credit card system and do not use paypal. Your card details are safe as I am the only person who views them and I have a shredder that I use liberally!
PAYMENT: Due in advance, in US dollars. Use Visa or MasterCard. I will also need the expiration date and last 3 numbers on the back of your card, in the signature line. If the card bills to a separate address, please send that address. Please call with credit card details. I am the only person who reviews messages on my computer or answering machine.
HOW TO ORDER: Please email or call me to order books. If you pre-order a book that is not yet published, you are not charged until I put that book into the mail to you.

POSTAGE: Media mail: $4 first book, $1 second book, thereafter $0.50 to a maximum of $7.00. We will insure orders over $150.00 at our expense. PLEASE NOTE: If you do not indicate insurance (under $150.00) and a book is lost or damaged, you are still responsible for payment. Decorator and other non-book items are shipped at actual cost. Foreign orders (including Canada) will be charged actual postage and insurance. We can ship any way you like, at actual cost.
CONDITION: I try to be critical of my books and other items. Items are returnable for any reason within ten days of receipt. If you are returning anything over $100, I would like a telephone call or email to let me know an item is coming back. Postage is your responsibility both ways, unless we have incorrectly described an item.
CATALOGS: Catalogs are mailed at my whim – usually every 6 to 8 weeks. If you would like to receive a mailed or emailed catalog, please contact me. This will allow you to preview Collections before they are posted on this site. If you don’t order within a year, you will be deleted from the mailed catalog list.
